MASERA

Solidarity documentary project that consisted of photographing the work of the missionaries «Filles de la Charité» (Daughters of Charity) in Madagascar. The goal was to document the work of the sisters in the main areas in which they work that are health, nutrition, education and social work.

With the photos I made a book called MASERA and an itinerant exhibition in Spain to raise public awareness and raise funds sent to Madagascar. The funds are donated entirely to the Daughters of Charity in Barcelona and they are transferred to Sr. Isabel Azcarate, in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar.

MASERA has been presented in has been presented in Spain, in France, Mexico and in the Dominican Republic.
